Overview This position is a Full-Time/Day at Paoli HospitalAssists Rehabilitation leadership in planning, directing, and overall operations of Rehabilitation Services. Supervises programs and staff within Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Audiology. Oversees the efficient use of personnel, equipment and supplies in accordance with budgetary requirements. Maintains continuity of care through appropriate distribution of personnel resources, participation in performance assessment and improvement. Acts as a resource to the department and other healthcare practitioners. Performs tasks and duties of the therapist as needed.
