Rehabilitation Clinical Support Associate - Full Time Days
Overview Rehabilitation Clinical Support / Outpatient Front Desk This position oversees patient flow from point of entry to destination and ensures timely, accurate and professional services. This position is responsible for timely and accurate resolution of patient's accounts. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to obtaining specific information to generate accurate financial and demographic records, insurance verification, prior authorization, and coordination of benefits. Communicates with payers and patients to achieve accurate financial information. Responsible for accurate Registration of patients, Scheduling recurring appointments, answers incoming calls and directs patient and visitors appropriately.
