Position Summary

This position provides high quality and appropriate patient care in the area of Audiology.

Education

• Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited school. (Required)

Experience

• Prior pediatric diagnostics experience (Required)
• Cochlear implant experience (Preferred)

Certifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or American Board of Audiology Certification (Required)
• Eligible to obtain an AZ Department of Health Services Audiology and Speech Language Pathology license (including dispensing Audiologist) prior to start date. (Required)
• Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date. (Required)
• American Heart Association BLS certification prior to start date (Required)
